  Since last year, technicians have been keeping a close eye on trial production of new materials, repeatedly adjusting their production processes, making continuous improvements and gradually making progress. From the beginning at a loss I do not know how to get started, and slowly deepen the understanding of the alloy, recognize its characteristics, experience subtle differences in the control of the ingot brought changes, once and again to analyze, time and again to develop process options, And again and again from hopefulness to disappointment, the problems are getting fewer and fewer and more concentrated.

 

   In the first half of this year, the trial system encountered the biggest problems, tried many ways, and the impasse could not be opened up. The company held a seminar to sort out the problems, clarify the problems more clearly, promptly establish confidence, and trial production continued. Finally, quantitative change brought qualitative change. Under the joint promotion of relevant leaders, trial makers and technical personnel of the Company, the problem has made a breakthrough. The samples have been developed and the results are good after the trial. Now breakthrough technology is being promoted, applied to other grades of ingot production.
