Specialized in copper and its alloys since 1954

By the end of 2016, L.C had manufactured about 250,000 tons of non-ferrous metal processing products. Since its foundation in 1954, it has been specialized in the production of copper and its alloys for more than 60 years and is known as the cradle of copper processing in China. Rank the first of top 10 enterprises of copper plates and strips in China One of Top 10 enterprises of copper pipes and bars in China. L.C is able to produce casted, rolled, extruded and drawn copper and its alloy products as well as aluminum-magnesium plates and strips.

Annual capacity of 240,000 tons

As a leading company in slap production capacity，its annual output come to 290,000 tons with the copper content of above 99.99%. The largest dual-use rolling mill in Asia. State-level technology center, designer of national standards

L.C has organized and drafted 122 national standards and 32 industrial standards, covering all main standards of the copper processing industry. It is the first drafter of 126 standards among the aforesaid national standards and industrial standards. L.C applied for 61 patents from 2001 to 2011. We have passed such authentications as ISO9001: 2008, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS18001: 1999, GJB9001B: 2009, etc.

State-level CNAS laboratory conforming to ISO/IEC 17025

The national recognized testing laboratory, which is of international mutual recognition, functions as the quality inspection station of heavy metal processing products of China non-ferrous metal industry and national fixed-point development unit for standard samples of non-ferrous metals. It is one of the first members of China New Material Testing and Evaluation Association.

Advanced MES and storage system

MES (manufacturing execution system) is used for production control and process management. The bar code can identify WIP information, and the WeChat qr code can track product information. We have also established a new three-dimensional storage system.
